1. Acceptance
This website is operated by Nexich. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The software is licensed separately
These terms cover the website only. They do not give you any right to use the Nexich software. That is governed by the separate license agreement between you and us, and if the two ever conflict, the license agreement applies.
3. Authorized use
Nexich makes red teaming software. It is lawful to use it against systems you own or have written permission to test, and unlawful otherwise. You may only use our software, and anything you obtain from this site, against systems for which you hold prior written authorization from the owner, and only within the scope that authorization defines. You are responsible for holding that authorization and for complying with the law that applies to your testing. Nothing on this site encourages unauthorized access to any system.
You also agree to comply with any export control and sanctions rules that apply to security software in your country, and we may decline to supply anyone where doing so would breach them.
4. Using this site
Please do not attack, probe or load-test this website without our written permission, scrape or bulk-download it, use it to train a model, misrepresent who you are in order to obtain access, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. If you find a security issue here, tell us at [email protected] and give us a fair chance to fix it before going public.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and keep copies for your own evaluation of our products. All other rights are reserved. Nexich and our logo are our trademarks; other names and logos on the site belong to their owners and are used only to show what our software works with, which does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
6. No warranty
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Descriptions of what our software does, including coverage, module counts, screenshots and demonstrations, are illustrative and describe our own test environments. They are not a promise of any particular result in yours, and they do not guarantee compliance with any standard. Only the license agreement creates binding commitments about the software.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for the software itself is dealt with in the license agreement.
8. Links and third-party content
We sometimes link to other sites and projects. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Privacy and cookies
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Accepting these terms is not consent to cookies, which is given separately through the cookie banner and can be withdrawn at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms, and we may change or withdraw parts of the site at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where Nexich is established, and the competent courts of that place have jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction anywhere to protect our intellectual property or to stop misuse under section 3.
