Privacy Policy.
How we handle personal data on this website.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers this website and email you send us. It does not cover the Nexich software: that runs on your own infrastructure and does not send anything back to us. It has no telemetry, no analytics and no usage tracking, and it is designed to run on networks with no internet access. Anything it discovers stays in a database on your own host.
2. What we collect
- Analytics. Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, when, the referring page, approximate location, and basic device and browser information. Until you make a cookie choice it runs in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device. If you choose Accept all, we can also tell repeat visits apart. If you choose Accept necessary, Analytics is switched off completely.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type.
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your address, your message and anything you choose to include.
There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no payments on this site.
3. Why we use it
Analytics helps us see which pages are useful so we can improve them. Server logs keep the site running and let us investigate problems and abuse. Email is used to reply to you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Who else is involved
Google provides our analytics, and our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf in order to run the site and our mailboxes. These providers may process data outside your country, under the safeguards their agreements require. We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We store your cookie choice, and we set analytics cookies only after you accept. The details are in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change your choice at any time.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for: analytics for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property, logs for as long as our hosting provider keeps them, and email for as long as the correspondence and our records require.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to our hosting and mail accounts is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication. Because the site holds no accounts and no customer data, there is very little personal data here to begin with.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
